Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Project Documentation & Submissions Manager to take responsibility for producing, coordinating, and improving all customer-facing project documentation.
This is a flexible, primarily remote role for someone with strong technical writing, organisational, and presentation skills. Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential — what matters most is the ability to deliver polished, professional, and timely documentation that supports our operations and impresses our clients.
Duties
* Prepare, edit, and issue high-quality quotations, proposals, and project reports.
* Develop and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) to required standards.
* Create and update Microsoft Project schedules and Gantt charts.
* Standardise and improve company templates, ensuring consistency across all submissions.
* Manage deadlines to ensure all deliverables are produced and submitted on time.
* Support project teams by collating technical input and formatting it into customer-ready documents.
* Liaise with the Managing Director and project leads to ensure all documentation reflects company standards.
* Proactively identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency
Experience
* Proven experience in project coordination, documentation management, or technical submissions (construction or engineering sector essential).
* Excellent written English with strong attention to detail and presentation.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
* Organised, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
