Location: Crewkerne
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Length of contract: 6 Months initially
Overview
We are currently seeking temporary Production Technicians to support our busy assembly areas. This number may increase depending on production demands. The ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing environment and preferably some exposure to engineering settings.
Responsibilities
* Assist in assembly and production processes as directed
* Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
* Participate in training to become proficient in production tasks
* Work flexibly across shifts as required
Qualifications / Required Skills
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
* Experience in an engineering environment is desirable
* Good understanding of written and spoken English
* Ability and willingness to learn quickly
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Additional Information
* Temporary position with the potential for extension
* All necessary training will be provided
* Must be flexible to work across shift patterns on a rotation basis
