Key Account Manager Sport Global Sales (F/M/X)
Position at Accor.
This role can be based in London or Paris. The role thrives in managing and developing a designated strategic and key account portfolio of sport clients based in Europe. It drives the business into our global network of hotels across the regions and the brands with an emphasis on the PME portfolio, achieving team and individual targets as set annually. The strategy is aligned with the global sales division’s annual plan.
* Take a proactive approach with strong account management experience and ability to build relationships and multitask.
* Proactive consultative selling approach.
* Present confidently internally and externally at senior board level.
* Strong organisational experience.
* Attend exhibitions, international fam trips and client face‑to‑face meetings.
* Robust negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
* Involvement in external/internal commercial & contractual negotiations.
The role requires regional and international travel.
Qualifications

* 3 years M&E/Sport account management experience.
* Hotel/M&E and sport sales industry background.
* Understanding of own marketplace.

* Good understanding of the sport market – focus on European trends.
* Strong established working relationships with the key strategic sport partners globally.
