Requirements
* Must be 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
* Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce.
* Have at least 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.
* Hold a valid manual driving licence.
What I’ll Do
* Use life skills to help children build self‑esteem and accept themselves, supporting their journey into adulthood.
* Develop positive relationships with children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
* Engage with a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
* Lead shifts, manage staff supervision, and oversee policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas, placement plans and education support.
* Ensure the welfare and care of each child, and provide guidance and support to all residential workers.
