Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – London – Up to £60,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join a modern, high-quality commercial office building in London. The site is overseen by an on-site managing agent and offers a contemporary, multi-floor workspace designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and occupant comfort. You will be responsible for supervising a small on-site engineering team and ensuring the smooth operation of building services within a professional corporate environment.
Hours of Work
08:00am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of three on-site Engineers
Carry out and oversee daily checks, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive works
Act as first point of response for electrical and building system faults
Oversee lighting systems, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
Support wider facilities operations, escalating issues where appropriate
Coordinate with mobile engineering support and external contractors
Maintain accurate system logs, complete PPM schedules, and ensure all work orders are fully closed outAbout You
Electrically or Mechanical qualified C&G Level 2 & 3
Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly
Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
