Your Co-op is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our thriving Utilities sector. You’ll be part of a socially responsible business that is driven to make a clear difference. You will be welcomed into an exceptional team, where teamwork is at the very core of how we live and work
As a Customer Support Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with queries via inbound calls & emails, taking a customer-first approach
• Offering the best advice through account reviews, ensuring our customers are on the right product for them
• Delivering sales through service with existing members and customers
• Identifying customer experience improvements and escalating accordingly
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need:
• 6 months contact centre experience – desirable
• A can-do attitude along with a solution-focused mindset
• Flexibility to support across the wider customer service team
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
