The Role: Senior Property Litigation Solicitor You’ll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a diverse client base on complex and high‑value matters, including: Adverse possession Breaches of covenant Rights to light Boundary disputes & nuisance Rights of way & party wall issues Trespass & title disputes Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture & repossession Lease renewals & termination Rent reviews, service charge disputes & tenant default About You We’re looking for a solicitor with: 6 years’ PQE in property litigation Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes Confidence managing your own caseload A commercial, client‑focused approach The ability to deliver strategic, tailored advice in a collaborative environment What’s on Offer?
