We are seeking to appoint a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and dedicated team. About the Role Working under the direction of a qualified teacher, the successful candidate will: Support teaching and learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Deliver learning activities to small groups and whole classes Lead targeted interventions and contribute to planning and preparation of learning activities Monitor, assess and feedback on pupil progress, supporting positive outcomes Help maintain a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff as part of a supportive team. The Successful Candidate Will: Have experience working across the primary age range Be confident in leading small group work and whole‑class activities Demonstrate high expectations of pupil learning, behaviour and wellbeing Be able to evidence the impact of their support on pupils’ progress Show initiative, flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues when needed Be a reflective practitioner who values teamwork and open communication Actively contribute to and promote the Christian values and ethos of the school.
