Overview
HW Interim Solutions are working with a West Midlands based client to appoint an experienced HR professional to support through a period of change. With a broad HR background—ideally within an SME environment—you’ll play a key role in coaching, developing and mentoring both individuals and teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape and implement effective HR practices, foster strong employee relations, and drive performance improvement. Strong leadership, communication and business partnering skills are essential for success in this hands-on role.
This role will be offered on a day rate basis.
