3-Month Rolling Contract
Main Purpose of the Role

You’ll lead projects with ruthless precision, managing everything from budgets and timelines to talent and crew, all while keeping clients confident and inspired. This role is client‑facing and demands someone who communicates with authority, and can be agile when challenges arise. Pre-Production & Scoping
* Client Management & Briefing: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This includes understanding their needs, translating their brief into actionable plans, and managing their expectations throughout the project.
* Budgeting & Financial Management: Creating and managing detailed project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability. This is a critical business function of the role.
* Creative & Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the creative team (directors, designers, writers) to develop a creative approach that aligns with the client's goals and budget.
* Timeline & Scheduling: Developing comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and production schedules (timing plans) to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
* Talent & Vendor Management: Sourcing, vetting, and booking key crew members (e.g., directors, cinematographers, photographers, stylists), freelancers, and vendors (e.g., equipment hire, sound studios, catering).
Production & Execution
* On-Set Production Management: Overseeing all aspects of a shoot day. This includes managing the crew, keeping the project on schedule, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring the creative vision is being executed correctly.
* Resource Coordination: Ensuring that all necessary resources, equipment, talent, locations, and permits, are available when needed.
* Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks (e.g., weather delays, technical issues, budget overruns) and developing contingency plans.
* Quality Control: Ensuring all production output meets the agency's and client's standards for quality.
Post-Production & Delivery
* Workflow Management: Overseeing the post-production process, including editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color grading. This involves managing the team of editors and specialists to keep the project moving.
* Client Feedback & Revisions: Collating client feedback and communicating it clearly to the post-production team. Managing the revision process to ensure it stays within the project scope and budget.
* Final Delivery: Ensuring all final assets are correctly formatted and delivered to the client and/or media outlets by the deadline.
* Project Wrap-up: Conducting a project debrief with the team, finalizing invoices, and archiving all project files for future reference.
Skills
* Exceptional Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep all stakeholders informed, and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Strong Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and negotiating with vendors to ensure projects are profitable.
* Outstanding Communication & Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate complex ideas clearly, and manage client relationships with diplomacy and confidence.
* Problem-Solving Skills: A resourceful and quick-thinking approach to overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions under pressure.

* Technical & Creative Understanding: A solid grasp of the creative and technical aspects of production (e.g., camera types, lighting, editing workflows) to make informed decisions and communicate effectively with the crew.
* Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate contracts, rates, and timelines with both clients and vendors.
