Your Responsibilities
As the driving force behind your local neighbourhood’s success, you’ll be responsible for:
* Researching your target audience and identifying opportunities in your area.
* Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and a deep understanding of their needs.
* Onboarding new customers effectively while maintaining close ties with existing accounts, tracking your activities using Salesforce.
* Collaborating with your distribution partner/driver to create a cohesive team for your community.
* Delivering profitable volume growth and consistently hitting your targets.
* Monitoring competitor and market activity to ensure you provide the best solutions and insights from the world’s largest Foodservice provider.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a dynamic individual who can not only win new business but also maximize sales with our existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A background in Field Sales or Account Management.
* Commercial acumen and technical proficiency in Excel.
* A knack for building and maintaining relationships.
* A genuine passion for sales!
While a food background is a plus, it’s not a requirement.
