Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join an aspiring company based in Featherstone. This role is ideal for a highly organized and conscientious individual.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the commercial department.
2. Dealing with customer queries over the telephone in an accurate and professional manner.
3. Ensuring all documentation and records are completed on time.
4. Completing all Pre-Qualification questionnaires.
5. Performing administrative duties, including producing documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent telephone manner.
2. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage.
3. Sales or customer service experience.
4. Ability to work effectively within a team.
Additional Details:
Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
