Up to 26,936.09 per annum
40 hours per week, 4 days per week with one day off. The nursery is open from half 7 until 6. A typical shift could be from 8-6.

The role is based within our Nuffield Health Fitness Centre. We are a tight knit team of around 10 staff within our small nursery, therefore you get to know our parents well. Our activities are based around the curiosity approaching including swim school (using our on-site gym pool), baby yoga and much more.
Having access to our excellent childcare facilities means that our customers also get access to our gym. They need total confidence in our facilities and our Nursery and Creche team members. We expect absolute diligence and compliance to our high standards of health and safety.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for your room and staff within it, ensuring they are performing to the highest standards.
* Ensure every individual child's needs are met as a keyworker.
* Implement the EYFS.
* Follow and adhere to nursery and company policies.
* Develop strong partnerships with parents.
* Get to know the families of children within your room, update parents on their child's day and development with invaluable professional feedback.
Qualifications
* Experience leading a room (minimum 2 years).
* Qualifications: NNEB or BTEC Nat Dip or CACHE Dip in Childcare or NVQ level 3 or SVQ.
* A passion for developing a nursery.
* A passion for children and supporting their development.
