Sales Administrator (Temporary – 3 Months with the view to go permanent) Arnold, Nottingham (own transport is preferred) Ideally 7:00am – 3:30/4:00pm £13-14ph dependent on experience, looking for immediately available candidates or a short notice period. We’re currently seeking a hands-on Sales Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for around 3 months, covering their busy seasonal period from Halloween through to Christmas. The role will be based on-site in Arnold, Nottingham, working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to support sales, stock management, and transport planning. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain sales data using their systems. Handle incoming sales calls and emails, providing timely updates to production and accounts teams. Monitor and manage stock levels to maximise sales opportunities and reduce waste. Liaise with customers and transport teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Record transport sales and invoiceable tasks, supporting the transport planning function. About You Previous experience in sales administration, stock management, or transport admin is desirable. Strong attention to detail with good IT/data entry skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
