Salary: £13.25 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Sleep-in Allowance: £55 per sleep
Contracted Hours: 168 hours per month
Shift Pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off

About the Home
The service is a small, supportive children's residential home caring for up to 3 children and young people aged 8-17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). The home provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment focused on emotional wellbeing, stability, and positive long-term outcomes.
The service operates using the PACE therapeutic model of care, ensuring all interactions are relationship-based, trauma-informed, and child-centred.
The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key leadership role within the home, supporting children and young people with their emotional, social, and behavioural development.
