Pay: £318 - £351 Per Day

As an Assistant Head, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill which contributes to raising the standards of achievement and furthers the Schools success. The right candidate will also posses the ability to engage, inspire, and build strong relationships with students and staff as well as contributing to a collaborative culture.
Experience of leadership within an Educational sector is advantageous but is not essential. Relevant experience within another teaching role is also desirable. The right candidate will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and show a genuine desire for supporting and implementing a positive attitude towards children's educational journeys.
