Package
* Basic Salary in the region of £30k. OTE £34,000
* Monday to Friday working with the hours 9am – 5pm.

With already gained experience in the residential property industry and ready to hit the floor running, you will be provide a smooth and seamless lettings to property management journey handling a portfolio of around 100 properties.
Main Areas of the role (not exhausted)
* Property viewings and qualifying tenants in preparation of tenancy set ups agreed with landlords..
* Ad hoc and routine maintenance & inspections
* Property Reporting
* Move Ins/Outs and perform required checks & deposit handling
* Rent reviews
* New Business
