Engineer – Cornish Orchards

We’re looking for a talented Engineer to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our equipment, supporting site projects, and driving improvement initiatives—all while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IT/OT disciplines.
2. Troubleshooting and solving engineering/manufacturing challenges using proven techniques.
3. Supporting site development and the execution of capital projects.
4. Managing and prioritising maintenance activities with a strong focus on EHS, Food Safety, and production.
5. Controlling engineering spares stock and helping reduce utility costs through continuous improvement.
6. Ensuring compliance with health & safety, legal standards, calibrations, and safe systems of work.
