Office Manager – High-End Construction Primarily Remote | 1–2 Days in Shoreditch/London £45,000 – £55,000 (Self-Employed) We’re a high-end construction contractor creating beautifully crafted spaces across London — and we’re looking for an exceptional Office Manager to help us keep everything running like clockwork. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting things done with precision, this is your chance to join a business that values detail, quality, and great relationships as much as you do. Why You’ll Love This Role This is no ordinary admin job — you’ll be right at the heart of our operations, working closely with our founder and collaborating with talented project managers, finance teams, and trusted subcontractors. Most of your week will be remote, with 1–2 days on-site in Shoreditch or visiting one of our stunning London projects. You’ll be the person who keeps us organised, efficient, and always one step ahead. What You’ll Be Doing * Acting as the founder’s right hand — attending meetings, taking clear notes, and following up on actions. * Keeping diaries and calendars running smoothly, and making sure no meeting is missed. * Liaising with accountants, HR consultants, and payroll providers. * Managing systems like Xero, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and CRM/task management tools. * Coordinating team meetings, socials, and events. * Supporting HR, finance, and project administration. * Spotting opportunities to improve systems and processes as we grow. What We’re Looking For * Must-have: experience in the construction industry. * A master organiser with excellent time management. * Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Xero. * Comfortable using CRM or task management software. * Strong communicator — written and verbal. * Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. * Based within easy reach of Shoreditch/London for weekly on-site days. The Details * Self-employed, full-time — invoice weekly. * £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience. * Primarily remote with 1–2 in-person days per week in London
