The Digital Marketing Manager is a leadership role; a strategic position working in close alignment with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver the digital marketing plan across the business.
You will lead the digital marketing efforts across multiple channels including paid media, SEO, email and social platforms to drive brand awareness, deepen customer engagement and accelerate lead generation. You will work closely with your marketing colleagues across other divisions to align channel purpose and achieve strategic vision.
The goal is to make every interaction with their company simple, seamless and effective, so your first priority will be to ensure they have strong digital foundations and execute the fundamentals brilliantly before exploring new trends and innovations with confidence.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
* Lead and deliver the digital marketing strategy
, covering all key channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, content).
* Champion a digital-first, agile culture
and guide the company's transition to more digitally focused marketing.
* Enhance customer experience
across all websites, overseeing content, functionality, and analytics.
* Own and execute SEO/SEM strategy
to drive traffic and improve site performance.
* Stay ahead of digital trends
and identify new opportunities to exceed marketing goals.
* Act as the internal digital expert,
supporting teams with insights and strategic advice.
* Promote data-driven marketing,
using analytics to refine and optimise campaigns.
* Evaluate and recommend digital tools
to boost efficiency and capability.
* Lead digital projects
from planning to deployment, ensuring quality and scalability.
* Define project scopes and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Mentor and lead a small digital team,
fostering accountability and collaboration.
* Build digital skills across the wider marketing team.
* Align digital campaigns with sales and product teams
to support business goals.
* Lead cross-divisional digital collaboration
to ensure unified strategy.
* Work with IT and other divisions
to develop a secure, scalable digital ecosystem.
* Ensure compliance
with data privacy and digital advertising standards.
* Manage third-party agencies and suppliers
for digital tools and services.
* Drive ROI
through smart budget allocation and performance tracking.
* Report on performance and make strategic recommendations
to senior stakeholders.
