Park House, Prenton – Care Assistant Nights (2 positions, 36‑hour shifts)
We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life.
Responsibilities
* Help with washing and dressing
* Assist with feeding and mealtimes
* Find out and know residents' interests and needs
* General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
* Support each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities
* Provide compassion, sensitivity and understanding
* Show a desire to help people
* Display people skills and excellent communication skills
* Be patient and able to keep calm and work well under pressure
* Be thorough and pay attention to detail
* Carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
Qualifications
* Two written references
* Standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role)
* Evidence of a right to work in the UK

Shift patterns for Night Contracts
8 pm – 8 am
Shift details
Day care shifts are from 8 am until 8 pm, and night‑time shifts are from 8 pm until 8 am.
