About the Service

Our brand-new service Ty Cariad is based in a beautiful setting in North Wales (close to Hollywell) This is a three bedded therapeutic residential home that will create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people between the ages of 7-17 years to grow and develop.

We are dedicated to supporting young people who may have experienced early childhood trauma, offering them a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Central to our mission is the delivery of tailored, therapeutic care that acknowledges and responds to the profound impact trauma can have.

You'll help create a space that feels safe, fun, and welcoming, while consistently maintaining high standards of care and practice.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young people, enjoys leading and motivating a team, and is looking for a career that is both meaningful and enjoyable. In return, we offer fantastic opportunities for training, professional development, and clear career progression within a growing organisation.
