Now, we’re searching for a Marketing Executive who can translate that creative spirit into compelling brand moments across the UK & Ireland. Based in our Wokingham headquarters, you’ll join a passionate, international team dedicated to craft, colour, imagination and the power of creative tools.

What You’ll Create & Deliver
* A long‑term creative marketing strategy that brings our brands’ artistic heritage to life while accelerating growth across digital, social and experiential channels.
* Meaningful, high-quality content shaped by deep customer insight — from campaign narratives to visual assets and storytelling moments that resonate with both artists and retailers.
* Clear, insight-led reporting and KPIs that keep our creative output aligned with commercial ambition.
* Beautifully designed sales collateral and training tools that empower our sales teams and elevate our brand presence with key partners.
* Multi‑channel sponsored content campaigns executed with precision, creativity and first‑class communication.
* Strong, strategic relationships with internal creatives, commercial leaders, brand managers and external partners — built on collaboration and shared purpose.
* A balanced, thoughtful approach to brand expression vs. commercial need — protecting integrity while driving impact.
* A consistent and visually engaging social presence through daily and planned content aligned to brand tone and community moments.
* Quarterly marketing campaigns conceived and delivered with creative finesse, leveraging design tools like InDesign and beyond.
What You Bring
You are a creative thinker with commercial instinct — someone who bridges artistry and strategy with confidence.
* A relevant degree plus 2+ years in a marketing or B2B environment
* Craft‑level attention to detail and the ability to steer multiple creative projects to polished completion
* A solution‑orientated mindset that thrives in fast‑paced creative environments
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the presence to build powerful relationships across creative and commercial teams
* Brand passion, commercial depth and the ability to make insight‑driven creative decisions
* A collaborative spirit and a love for contributing to a team’s overall creative success
