Job title: Graduate Technical Applications Coordinator
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £28,000–£35,000
Working hours: Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm

Are you an engineering or technical graduate with 1–3 years of commercial experience looking to step into a more focused applications or internal technical support role?

You’ll bring your technical mind, problem-solving skills and commercial acumen to help deliver tailored solutions for customers with complex and bespoke requirements.
The Role
* Review incoming customer orders and assess technical accuracy and commercial viability
* Support the creation of technical proposals, drawings, and cost calculations
* Upload detailed order information into internal systems and issue confirmations
* Liaise with customers to resolve queries and secure drawing approvals
* Provide documentation to support internal teams (production, testing, compliance)
* Help identify improvements in internal processes and product guides
* Get involved in hands-on product testing where needed
Key requirements
* Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems etc.)
* 1–3 years' commercial experience in a technical admin, applications, internal sales, or support environment
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent Excel and general IT skills
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, keen to learn and progress
