About The Role
Supports the Senior HR Manager in the management and development of the firm’s HR System, Workday. The role ensures continued effectiveness of Workday and assists in driving forward the firm’s HRIS platforms. Flexibility and mutual respect are core values of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize Workday to better meet business requirements, including automating processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing user experience.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the firm’s MI reporting, creating, scheduling reports, and developing dashboards.
* Assist with system configuration and perform system administration and maintenance activities, ensuring strong data integrity.
* Support the firm’s change management processes, including enhancements to Workday based on the system roadmap and bi‑annual releases.
* Provide exemplary service to stakeholders and maintain a consistently high level of performance.
* Triage, diagnose, and resolve end‑user issues and queries related to Workday.
* Maintain and develop end‑user training resources related to Workday.
* Assist with the administration and maintenance of the firm’s Benefits system, including annual enrolment processes.
* Support the creation of communications plans relating to Workday and the firm’s Benefits system.
* Perform other reasonable tasks as required from time to time.
* Continuously update technical expertise and pursue personal development in interpersonal and soft skills.
Your Skills And Qualifications
* Strong experience developing Workday reports and dashboards, including matrix/composite reports and discovery boards; Power BI and Workday integrations are highly desirable.
* Analytical mindset with experience in writing reports and dashboards and a strong interest in statistics and data presentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience managing or maintaining an HRIS, including Workday.
* Proven record of problem solving and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* A self‑starting, customer‑service‑focused mindset dedicated to continuous improvement.
* Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships across all seniority levels.
* Understanding of data hygiene and data protection principles.
* Effective workload management and prioritization of multiple tasks.
