Since launching in 2016, we've grown to a team of 11 advisers, and due to lead volumes exceeding our current capacity, we are now recruiting an additional Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

The Role
This role is specifically focused on servicing Polish‑speaking clients, so fluency in Polish is essential, alongside strong English communication skills.
You will initially work from our Corby office with full administrative support. As you become established, hybrid working is available, giving you flexibility while continuing to benefit from the infrastructure and reputation of Five Star Mortgages.
You'll also be supporting one of the Directors, with access to their existing client bank and ongoing referrals, providing a strong foundation to build your own advisory business.
What We're Looking For
Essential
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* Fluent in Polish and English
* Client‑focused with high professional standards
* Self‑motivated and organised
Desirable
* Previous mortgage and/or protection advising experience
Experience is beneficial but not essential – we are confident in our ability to develop the right adviser through training and support.

Pay: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
