Example Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a leading National Heating Contractor who are expanding fast and have recently secured several prestigious social housing contracts. Were now looking for an Electrical Supervisor to take charge of electrical works across long-standing, successful domestic maintenance contracts.
The Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, youll provide hands-on leadership and technical expertise across social housing electrical works, including:
* Planned & reactive repairs and maintenance
* Voids, EICRs, R&M, and rewires
* Pre/post inspections, toolbox talks & spot checks
* Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and legislation
* Supporting, developing and motivating a team to deliver quality service
What Were Looking For
* Professionally qualified Electrician with supervisory/management experience in domestic electrical contracts
* 18th Edition qualified
* C&G 2391 or 94/95 Testing & Inspection
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical compliance & legislation
* Excellent client communication & team leadership skills
* IT literate, proactive, and confident decision-maker
