The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound calls in a timely and professional manner Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively Accurately log call details and update internal systems Meet individual and team performance targets The ideal candidate will have: Previous call centre or customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Good IT and data entry skills
