Job title: Project Manager – Construction
Location: Filton, Bristol – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £42,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the planning and implementation of small to medium scale Construction and Facilities projects ensuring that both the stakeholder and business requirements are met
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables ensuring technical feasibility
* Controlling and monitoring projects so that they are delivered to the agreed, time, cost and quality requirements including regular reviewing and reporting of project performance
* Lead and manage multi-disciplined project teams and maintain key relationships with project sponsors, team members, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
* Responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion
* Ensuring a safety focused approach to project delivery with responsibility for compliance with relevant health & safety duties including the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience of project delivery in a similar role in the facilities, building services or construction related industries
* Knowledge and practical application of project management tools and techniques and the ability to manage budgets and interpret financial information
* Ability to apply good project governance
Desirable
* It would be advantageous to possess, or be working towards a formal project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or similar)
* SHE qualification desirable e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent

The Shared Services Real Estate & Infrastructure Team
As Project Manager you will work alongside our real estate and facilities teams and have overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of a portfolio of projects ensuring scope, plans, resources, and budgets are aligned to deliver project success.
