Role Overview
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You’ll play a key role in coordinating site activities and supporting the wider delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising all on‑site civils activities and workforce
* Ensuring all works are carried out in line with RAMS and health & safety regulations
* Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
* Carrying out site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks
* Monitoring progress and reporting updates to the site/project manager
* Maintaining high standards of quality and site compliance
* Identifying and resolving on‑site issues efficiently
* Supporting programme delivery and helping drive works forward
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a civils site supervision role
* Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering projects
* SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage teams and maintain site standards
