Our new Business Administration Apprentice will be mentored by experienced, professionals during this amazing 18 month opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills that will set you up for a rewarding career in social housing.
A few key points from our role profile:
* Conduct Admin duties to support the running of the repairs service, including updating and closing down repairs orders
* Work collaboratively with the work-planners to respond to customer enquiries through our Customer Relationship Management system. This would involve investigating repair enquiries, contacting the customer and updating the system with any information.
* Supporting the Assets compliance team by recording, scanning and filing compliance certificates.
* Monitoring and actioning defects reported by the compliance officer, raising repairs and scheduling appointments.
* Conducting repair post inspections by outbound calls to customers, record outcomes and escalate issues.
