Salary: £25,185-£25,989 per annum | Hours: 24 hours per week | Employment: Permanent | Status: Part time

Responsibilities
* You will support people in different settings, who need additional help to live independently.
* You will help people learn new skills, provide assistance to someone who is older or has a disability or needs support with aspects of their care.
* You could support someone in their own home, a residential home, a short break service or out and about in the community.
* You'll have plenty of opportunity to progress with training and gaining qualifications whilst you work.
