The Cleaning Services Worker II is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Use and store equipment properly, conduct regular checks, and report deficiencies.
3. Ensure equipment safety and functionality.
4. Perform additional deep cleaning tasks as needed.
5. Operate site washing machines for internal laundry when appropriate.
6. Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy.
7. Report hazards to management.
8. Handle customer comments or complaints following company policies.
9. Maintain high standards of clothing, personal hygiene, and safety gear.
10. Participate in training to enhance performance.
11. Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
12. Perform any other reasonable instructions from management.
Qualifications
