Overview

The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the wealth value chain—from financial planning and investment management through to platform, trading, settlement and custody services. Titan Wealth is expanding through strategic acquisitions and offers a combination of start‑up energy with private equity backing. Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) focuses on best‑in‑class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. This role supports financial advisers or consultants in providing financial or product advice to clients in line with FCA rules and company procedures. The role is hybrid, based at our office in Inverurie.


Responsibilities

* Help advisers prepare for client reviews by ensuring client and plan information is up to date on IO
* Request plan information from providers (post, email, or direct provider platform), chase to ensure timely receipt, and upload to IO
* Update contributions and withdrawals using provider transaction history; link transfers within plans
* Add missing policy information to IO as required
* Validate funds held within IO; ensure unit balances are correct and price feeds pull through to produce an accurate plan value
* Check income expectations on client plans and update as required
* Collate costs and charges information for plans, including income from commissions, fund based charges, or adviser charges
* Use IO templates to create and check client valuation reports and upload to IO
* Produce OneNote packs for advisers (Client Charter, FE Analytics research, KID, data capture form, Client Valuation Report, and comparisons between old and new propositions)
* Prepare cases for submission to the AST team by completing plan information checklists and chasing providers for missing information
* Check and validate client income expectations if requested
* Liaise with advisers to ensure data held in the system is correct and valuations and revenue align
* Interact with advisers and client support to deliver excellent customer service
* Produce client letters as required and answer incoming phone calls
* Deliver the agreed level of service in a timely manner and manage day‑to‑day enquiries from clients and providers
* Create and maintain effective client files; process new business and submissions
* Liaise with product providers as needed and stay up to date with new products, technical or legislative changes
* Always comply with Compliance policies and engage in applicable training and development
* Perform ad hoc tasks as required, mindful of TCF and business needs


Essential Skills, Qualities and Experience

* Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience supporting an adviser
* Regulatory or financial industry experience desirable
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Methodical and organised
* Computer literate; accurate with attention to detail
* Problem solving and knowledge of the advice process
* Collaborative, takes initiative, curious; desire to learn and develop

* Good standard of education
* maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent
