We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Manager to join our client in Dubai and lead strategic dialer operations, workforce planning, and real time performance management. Workforce Management Manager Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management in a managerial role
* Hands on experience with WFM tools such as Genesys, Nice, or Verint
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Extensive experience managing dialer operations and workforce analytics
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Workforce Management Manager Desirable Skills:
* Certifications in Lean, Business Analytics, COPC, or SWPP
* Experience with AI driven real-time analytics and automation
* Background in high volume outbound environments
