Hybrid role - 2 days a week in the office, 35 hours, Monday-Friday shifts between 8am – 8 pm, 2 Saturdays a month 10am-2pm
What this role is all about
What you will you do as a Healthcare Sales Adviser
1. Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects.
2. Follow up on enquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into sales.
3. Clearly explain Vitality’s unique health insurance offerings and benefits.
4. Tailor recommendations to match the customer’s needs and circumstances.
5. Ensure customers are fully informed before making a purchasing decision.
6. Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
7. Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices.
8. Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
9. Highlight the added value of Vitality’s wellness rewards (, gym discounts, fitness devices, healthy meals).
10. Encourage customers to engage with the health-enhancing aspects of their policy.
11. Represent Vitality’s mission to make people healthier and protect their lives.
What you need to thrive
12. Experience within Financial Services
13. Proven Sales experience
14. Confident telephone manner
15. Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA
16. Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
17. Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
18. A driven individual with committed to personal development and progression
19. Strong Organisation skillswith the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results
