The Oxford Internet Institute, a department within the Social Sciences Division of the University of Oxford, is seeking to appoint two Departmental Lecturers with expertise in quantitative social science methods or mixed social science methods. The successful candidate for either position will be expected to engage in advanced study and academic research, to teach and supervise graduate students, and contribute to the teaching, research, and academic administration of the department. They will be responsible for teaching and supervision in the graduate programmes of the Oxford Internet Institute, with a particular focus on quantitative social science methods or mixed social science methods. The two posts are full-time and fixed-term: one for two years and the other for one year, both expected to start in November 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is open to candidates from relevant social science disciplines including political science, sociology, economics and public policy.
