You will inspire pupils to develop independence, resilience, and a deeper love of learning, while maintaining high expectations for both behaviour and attainment.Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Assessing progress and using data effectively to inform teaching
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Promoting strong behaviour management and classroom routines
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is advantageous but not essential)
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum
* Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Be passionate, adaptable, and committed to raising standards.
* Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to school life
