We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation who are seeking a Social Media & Events Executive to join their Digital Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional looking to build experience across social media, content creation, and event management within a global business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of social media channels, support brand engagement, and assist with the planning and delivery of both online and in-person events. The role involves close collaboration with global marketing and sales teams, as well as external partners and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain the companys social media platforms
2. Create engaging social media and blog content in collaboration with the creative team
3. Develop and manage content calendars and forward-planned global social campaigns
4. Attend, document, and report on trade shows and industry events
5. Support the distribution of company news and press releases
6. Monitor, analyse, and report on global social media performance, providing insights and recommendations
7. Plan, set up, and manage online and in-person events, including webinars and seminars
8. Assist with the organisation of internal, company, and charitable events
