The Opportunity: What You'll Be Doing As the Logistics Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the vital link across multiple teams, ensuring the smooth movement of goods and information. Your core responsibilities will include: Operational Hub: Handling core communications (emails, tasks, Teams calls) for Inside Sales, Projects, and Delivery Management teams. Order Management: Accurately amending and updating orders within the WMCS system. Supply Chain Control: Obtaining Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and resolving suspended orders in WMCS. Problem Resolution: Progressing logistical claims swiftly and arranging necessary carriage forwards. Customer & Courier Liaison: Managing relationships with couriers, securing quotations, tracking deliveries, and overseeing invoice checks/queries. Returns Processing: Managing the end-to-end returns cycle, including customer collection, obtaining supplier RMAs, and processing credits via SAP. Specialist Orders: Processing Buy & Store orders in WMCS. International Trade (Cover): Providing essential cover for creating commercial invoice paperwork for international shipments.
