Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Early Years Educator to join our friendly, supportive nursery and preschool team in Hampson Park, Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with children aged 9 months –5 years while completing a recognised Early Years qualifications and building your career in childcare. Working closely with the Deputy Manager and team, you will support the delivery of high-quality education and care, assist with planning and leading activities, and gradually develop into a key worker role, observing and celebrating children’s progress and sharing this with parents. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, support daily routines including snacks and hygiene, and contribute to record keeping and EYFS planning. You will: Support children’s learning, play, and personal development Deliver activities that follow the EYFS framework Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children Assist with daily routines including snacks, hygiene, and self-care Work closely with staff, parents, and management while gaining practical experience You are: Passionate about Early Years education and care Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and equality Motivated to complete your Level 3 Early Years qualification Eager to develop your skills and grow your career in a professional, supportive setting We provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive team environment where you will feel part of our nursery family from day one.
