We're working with a high-growth fintech on a newly created role. This Compliance Officer hire will support their continued expansion across Europe.

The Role:
As a Compliance Officer, you’ll sit within the second line and play a key role in providing regulatory oversight across products and operations. You’ll be involved in:
* Product Compliance Advisory – embedding regulatory requirements into new products from design through to launch
* International Expansion – advising on regulatory and licensing requirements across new markets
* Regulatory Reporting – managing filings and communications with regulators
* Policies & Controls – enhancing frameworks, identifying gaps and driving improvements
* Regulatory Change – interpreting and implementing new regulatory developments
* Monitoring & Reviews – leading thematic reviews and audits across key areas
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in Compliance within fintech, banking or financial services
* Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulation (e.g. FCA, PSD2, EBA, CRD)
* Experience partnering with business functions on product and regulatory matters
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Process improvement mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
