Join us as a TMO Officer and play a vital role in supporting and monitoring the services provided by Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) across Havering. About the Role As a TMO Officer, you will be the key liaison between the Council and TMOs, ensuring residents receive high-quality housing management services. You will coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and support governance and financial oversight. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on support. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for TMOs, supporting them in delivering resident-focused services. Monitor compliance with the Modular Management Agreement and ensure KPIs are met. Coordinate TMO activities with council departments and external partners. Lead on audits, performance reviews, and resident ballots. Support TMOs in governance, training, and effective communication with residents. What We're Looking For Experience in social housing and knowledge of legal/regulatory frameworks. Strong communication and IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential). Understanding of contract monitoring and governance. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings for meetings. A valid driving licence with a car to use for work. Why Join Us?
