About the role
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning, regulate emotions and build confidence. The successful 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant will deliver structured, consistent support daily.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time you will:
* •Minimum 1 year SEN school experience
* •Patient, calm and nurturing approach
* •Confident supporting additional needs
* •Strong communication and teamwork skills
* •Committed and reliable
* •Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* •Minimum 1 year SEN school experience
