 
        
        Children's Home Deputy Manager – Compass Community
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager for a children’s home with Compass Community. This role offers an opportunity to make a lasting positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
What will I do as a Deputy Manager?
 * Use life skills to make a huge difference within a child’s life, create positive relationships, meet their needs and safeguard them.
 * Staff supervision, leading shifts, rostering, leading staff meetings, ensuring placement plans and education are supported, and ensuring policies, procedures and risk assessments are adhered to and updated.
 * Ensure welfare and care of each child, guide and support the wider staff team.
Who are we looking for?
 * 22 years old or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
 * NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
 * At least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare working with young people.
 * Valid manual driving licence.
