Production Engineer
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

As a Production Engineer, you will be the bridge between design and manufacturing – making sure complex PCB assemblies and full product builds can be produced reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating and refining production processes and documentation to ensure smooth operator-led assembly.
* Driving continuous improvement across PCBA and product assembly, removing variability and risk.
* Supporting NPIs, design reviews, and new customer requirements with practical manufacturing solutions.
* Developing build instructions, BOMs, test procedures, and tooling to support production.
* Working closely with manufacturing, sales, and customers to ensure technical requirements are fully met.
* Analysing defects and process failures, then implementing corrective actions through smart engineering fixes.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong background in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly environments.
* Hands-on experience with lean, process improvement, and NPI support.
* A problem-solver who can balance technical detail with practical shop-floor application.
* Excellent communication skills – comfortable liaising across teams and with customers.
