The Role: The successful candidate will act as a technical resource to deliver and support solutions and services for customers based on the Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Pure, Verkada, networking, compute, and storage portfolio of products. What You’ll Be Doing: DELIVER Install, configure, commission, and test solutions at customer’s premises. To support customers wherever they are based in the world to deliver programmes of work, often for prolonged periods of time. Liaise with customer representatives and third-party organisations to coordinate delivery. Take on any role as required within the Delivery function, whether: Support Desk, TechOps, Warehouse, basic Project Management, Professional Services, Managed Services, Consultancy, and any other function as appropriate. Work with and when required, lead, other engineers in delivery teams at customer sites and on projects. Mentor and coach junior engineers. Complete all project and delivery documentation, tickets, and systems updates. Work with project managers and other delivery leadership in the preparation and planning of delivery. Deliver projects to our customers TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION Maintain all current and future industry and vendor certifications and ensure they remain active Complete vendor led and self-study learning to complete certifications as required by the business Identify potential training courses that will be of benefit to the individual and the business PROFESSIONAL & MANAGED SERVICES Attend customer site to deliver solutions and services Ownership of assigned customer projects Produce high quality customer documentation CONDUCT Professionally representing the Company whilst at external meetings, visits and when meeting customers as per the Kubus Code of Conduct Always Adhere to Company policy and work in line with the Company Quality Management System To adhere to the Company's ISO 9001 & 27001 standards What We’re Looking For: An experience hands-on delivery technologist, particularly in leading brand networking, and other information infrastructure equipment and systems. Happy to travel nationally and internationally for prolonged periods of time. Valid UK passport with no constraints on travel. Strong pragmatic problem solving skills. Understanding of vendor technologies from HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Aruba and other infrastructure vendors. Experience in cable and dress within a rack. JNCIA, CCNA or equivalent networking certifications for Aruba, Juniper, Cisco. Self-sufficient strong grasp of networking concepts for IP addressing, vlans, wireless configurations.
