In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of a £3bn, multi-year investment initiative, managing a diverse portfolio of projects valued at over £300m annually. Your leadership will be key to delivering critical improvements across a broad network infrastructure.
Your Role:
1. Take ownership of a major programme, guiding delivery from concept topletion
2. Work closely with senior stakeholders to align strategy and execution
3. Build strong relationships with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery
4. Resolve challenges with creative, practical solutions
5. Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of project professionals
6. Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and business objectives
7. Present updates and insights to senior leadership and the Board
8. Champion best practice and drive continuous improvement
9. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
What You Bring:
10. Substantial experience managingplex, high-value projects in operational settings
11. A proven ability to deliver results against ambitious targets
12. Inspirational leadership and a track record of developing high-performing teams
13. Excellentmunication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
14. Strong background in risk management,ernance, and assurance
15. Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, or similar sectors
16. Amitment to integrity, ethical standards, and ongoing improvement
