Summary
Join our award winning service desk team as a Technical Consultant and play a pivotal role in elevating our clients' IT experience. Your primary focus will be providing 2nd line support to Wanstor's retail and hospitality clients including some big brand names.
This is an additional hybrid role where you will work primarily with our new client based onsite (GL56 area). In this customer-centric and results-driven position, you will collaborate with and are supported by the wider team at our head office.
As a Technical Consultant you will be passionate about Technology, ready to soak up the exposure that you gain working for an MSP. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies and setups, making it an exciting opportunity for IT professionals eager to make a meaningful impact.
The Key Requirements...
* minimum one years' experience providing IT support at 2nd line
* strong customer service skills
