Job Summary
As a salaried GP in De Winton Field Practice you will be a valuable member of the team providing primary healthcare services to our local community in the Rhondda locality. The practice will consider a position under the GP retainer scheme for the right individual. The practice is a successful training practice and has close links with HEIW and CTMUHB.
Salary: Available on application. 6 sessions a week. Permanent contract. Part‑time, flexible working. Location: Tonypandy Health Centre, De Winton Field, Tonypandy, Mid Glamorgan, CF40 2LE.
Responsibilities
* Patient consultations, prescribing, clinical examinations to diagnose, assess and manage patient conditions
* Attend home visits as part of the on‑call role
* Work within the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care
* Attend regular clinical meetings as required
About Us
De Winton Field Practice is a training practice with a current list size of 9,300 patients. Current staff includes 4 GP partners, 4 salaried GPs, a cluster pharmacist, a pharmacy technician, an established nursing team, onsite physio service and a mental health nurse. We aim to provide high quality primary care services and are located in a refurbished Health Centre.
